Shawn is a successful entrepreneur with over two decades experience in the freight industry. Shawn is built with the energy and focus to lead others and is able to fuel this innate passion and drive from seeing others around him succeed. This relentless desire and vision has been a platform for success throughout his career.

Shawn earned a B.B.A in Business Management from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University in December of 1994 and maintains several business interests spanning from real estate to the logistics industry. His introduction into the 3pl industry began in August of 1995 with a grassroots startup that grew to a multi-million dollar business. After serving a decade in every facet of the business, he was given the opportunity to join Swan Transportation and after 12 years has never looked back! 

Shawn currently lives in Mansfield, Texas with his beautiful wife and two daughters. He credits his parents for instilling the morals and values that have enabled him to be successful in life.

Tommy is an experienced and proven leader with extensive sales, management and operations experience.

He attended Texas A&M University and the University of North Texas for his undergraduate studies before joining the telecommunications industry. It was here in management and sales that he learned what it meant to serve the customer and conduct business with extremely high standards. He has received numerous awards for both sales and management.

After his career in telecommunications, he moved to the trucking industry and opened an Atlanta freight agency in 2004. He continued on in his career and has been a partner with Swan Transportation Services LTD for over 6 years. He recognized the need for better service through people and software in order to become a value-add in the industry. In 2015 he opened an office in Charleston, SC and plans to continue expansion.

He was born and raised in Texas but now resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Debbie, and son, Chandler.

Tim is a well-rounded entrepreneur with an inexhaustible passion for personal and professional growth. He likes to lead by example and sees every day as an opportunity to thrive and enjoy life! 

He has an MBA from Georgia State but still pulls for the Dawgs. Tim has been a brewer, a truck driver, a stock analyst and has worked for some great companies, but none more fulfilling than Swan. He loves being a businessman because business is about meeting people and making lasting relationships, making life better for us all.  

Being a partner in Swan and being an expert in logistics allows him to focus on company vision and direction, which brings him an immense amount of pride and joy. 

Tim lives in Atlanta with his wife Julie, and together they are raising their boys, Gavin and Graham, into two fine young men [AKA, The 2 G’s]. 

Originally starting off in property & asset management, and from there onto the oil & gas industry, Becky joined Swan in 2010 to facilitate agent relations & communications. Now as the Vice President of Operations, she oversees Shared Services, Risk & Compliance & Human Capital.

Prior to joining Swan Becky served as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Administration and held various other Operations and Corporate Administration leadership roles. She is currently pursuing her CTB (Certified Broker's License) and is a member of the local SHRM organization. 

Becky currently lives in Tyler, Texas with her husband of 37 years. She has 2 children and 5 grandchildren with whom she is actively involved!
